Do you have a desktop or laptop that is over a year old and starting to run slow? Perhaps a few years? Is it taking forever to surf the Internet? Is your computer’s start-up time much longer than it used to be? Newer computers often come with factory installed trial software (called “bloatware”) that is often unnecessary and installed only for marketing purposes. It can dramatically slow down performance.
Over time, you will inevitably add more programs and data to your computer. It is often added for you automatically without your understanding. Eventually, the computer’s start-up process is littered with different programs set to run automatically and check for updates the moment you turn on the machine. Combine this with unused data, decommissioned pieces of software from previous versions, and possible infectious malware and your computer’s performance will gradually decline.

-Optimization of computer start-up process and removal of unnecessary processes
-Removal of programs that are unnecessary or no longer used and decommissioned files
-Cleanup of system registry
-2X Virus Scan and automatic removal.**

There is no need to bring wires, mouse, keyboard, monitor, or other attachements. DO BRING LAPTOP POWER ADAPTER. If you are elderly or disabled and live within 10 miles of our shop, please call 800.411.5722 and we will arrange free pickup and delivery.
There is no limit per household or business.
*Completion time is usually one hour but may be delayed if busy. Clients are encouraged to wait until they are contacted to pick up their computer(s).
**Please note that some viruses and/or malware may not be removable by an automated process and require a technician to manually remove or rebuild the system, this requires more specialized attention. In this instance we will contact the client first with options/pricing to see how they would like us to proceed. In the event a system rebuild (restoring Windows to factory setting w/data transfer) is necessary , our usual completion time is generally 2 hours, in which case we will pro-rate the first hour at $35 (second $50).
